“San Pedro” School in Brazil

Today “San Pedro” school which is found along the Adirá River, about a day up the river from Berreirinha, in the hear of the indigenous reserve, welcoming sixty students, offering them with the help of the locals, and education up to the fifth grade, with the fundamentals of agriculture with particular attention to the history of the indigenous people, their crafts, and their native tongue which is obviously tied to learning Portuguese as well.
