The well of MAY WEYNI located in the District of Imba Simena, in the Administrative Province of Saesie, Tigray Region, Ethiopia, was drilled at a depth of 70 meters and duly fenced in. Like all of the other wells that were made in the area, the implementation cost included the constitution and formation of a village committee that will manage the well and its maintenance. The “Associazione Vo l’A” funded this important project that will secure fresh and clean water for some 400 people.
