Lucia decided to finance the construction of a school at Nosy Be, Madagascar, where she spent some vacation with her daughter Silvia and her husband Gianni before they left the earth plane.
A new school replaces the one abandoned for a long time following a cyclone as the construction works have been recently completed. The school, built in solid concrete, has been officially opened and accommodates up to 300 poor children in the area in six fully furnished classrooms.
The location of this kindergarten and primary school is the village of Tanambao (Fascene).
