Within the framework of the “Donate Water” project, which has been implemented for several years through cooperation between the Butterfly Foundation and ECC-SDOAd-B, a few hundred water wells have been drilled or rehabilitated in the Tigay Region, Ethiopia.
Thanks to the financial support secured by the Italian non-profit association LIBERA CONDIVISIONE onlus, based in Montemarciano (AN), the May Aewaf water well in the Gulomekada district, Tigray Region, Ethiopia, has been duly rehabilitated, and the opening ceremony took place on June 18, 2025.
