A water well has been opened on February 8, 2012, in the area of Miblae Ambesa, Mezewle Tabia, in the Administrative Province of Saesie Tsaeda Emba, Tigray Regional State, Ethiopia, for the benefit of some 525 people. The well is operated with a hand pump and drilled to a depth of 60 meters. Suitably fenced and it is also a watering hole for cattle has been provided as well.
Beneficiary families belong to rural communities and in at least one-third of them, the role of the breadwinner is assumed by women.
