60 pupils aged 3-6 were obliged to attend KG lessons under a tent arranged within the school compound of Bathawariat school in Tigray Region.
Our friends Anna & Sandro, have recently been travelling with us to Ethiopia and after having been a witness of such a difficult situation, decided to give these children the opportunity to have regular classes and school benches, as it should be in every corner of the world.
The construction works of Bethawariat Kindergarten have been completed and the KG has been opened on February 11th 2014
