Engurale well is the second water well funded by the Fondazione Casa dell’albero, located in Fossoli Carpi (Mo), this time with the support of Associazione Volontari l’Accoglienza, due to great financial difficulties due to the recent earthquake in the area.
The well has been drilled at the depth of 63 meters and duly fenced.
On October 2nd 2012 we could finally proceed with the opening of this well, which had been postponed last June, due to military conflict in the area. The well will have over 1.000 beneficiaries among people of the village and children of the nearby school.
People reserved us an unbelievable welcome thanking the donors for such a great help that will save hours of walk to the women of the village.
