In the frame of the existing cooperation established for many years between Butterfly Foundation and ADCS ( The Adigrat Catholic secretariat), a new water project has been implemented in Ethiopia, the Tigray region. The well has been drilled in GRARAT village, district of Endalgheda.
The well, drilled at a depth of 35 meters and equipped with a hand pump will secure clean and potable water to some 350 beneficiaries. Complete fencing has been provided and the water & sanitation Committee established in accordance with the common practice.
The opening ceremony took place on March 15th 2016
