The development of the city, and its growing number of inhabitants, of which 1,500 are children of school age, led to creating a school made up of three school buildings of 18 classes. This project took place after completing a well of drinking water by the Foundation thanks to contributions from the Aurora Assicurazioni S.p.a.
On the 1st October 2007, the first building of 6 classrooms of the Boditti elementary school and its toilet facilities were opened in public members’ presence. The running of the school is in the hands of the nuns of the congregation of the ‘Daughters of St.Anna’, who already run a nursery of around 150 children living in the area and neighbouring areas.
